ABOUT US
Camano Animal Shelter Association ("CASA") is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization run by a board of volunteers. Our theme is "Forever Home" because we strive to place animals with loving families who can give them the forever home they deserve. We welcome new members into the organization and encourage members to take an active role in the operation of the shelter. Yearly dues are $15.00 for a single member and $25.00 for a family. Donations and dues may be mailed to CASA, PO Box 1726, Stanwood, WA 98292. CASA is the only animal shelter serving Camano Island and relies on donations to aid the animals. Please think of us when making a memorial donation for a beloved deceased person or pet.
ADOPTING A FRIEND
DOG/PUPPY ADOPTION $135
All dogs are spayed/neutered before going to their new homes. The cost also includes shots, worming, flea treatment, microchip and registration and a local vet visit. If the adoptive family is a resident of Island County, a $7 license must be purchased at the time of adoption for dogs over 4 months.
Cats and Kittens $100 All cats are tested for feline leukemia, spayed/neutered, wormed, treated for fleas, and have current vaccinations before being made available for adoption. Optional microchip and registration is available for $15.

CASA is located on Camano Island, at the corner of Can Ku Road and East Camano Drive, immediately South of the Camaloch golf course. From the I-5 freeway take exit #212 and go west on SR-532 until you come to the y in the road. Stay to the left (East Camano). Go through 2 lights. We are 1 mile past the 2nd light on the right.
